Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, sibling or friend, chances are you’ve noticed how the children in your life enjoy getting the green light to get their little hands messy.
Essential oils can easily be incorporated into hands-on sensory activities with a little bit of mess-making. Try this do-it-yourself recipe play dough recipe for stimulating the senses with aroma and touch. One thing to remember: teach children to avoid touching the eye area with essential oils on their hands.
