Must-do Milk Bath

If you haven't had a good soak in the tub lately, this is going to change it up for you! Let the cares of the day melt away with my soothing milkbath mixture. You can make it in just a few easy minutes. I like to store it in mason jars. My favorite oil to use for this recipe is Lavender, but try some different options too - get creative! Mix a cupful into your running bath water, get a cup of hot tea, and settle into the most luxurious bath you have ever experienced! The benefits of the ingredients in my mixture will leave you feel relaxed, renewed, and revived. Your skin will be soft and silky! After towel drying, use the indulgent doTERRA Spa Body Butter or Yarrow Pom Body Renewal Serum to keep your skin feeling amazing long after your bath. Tell me your experience by filling out comment form at the bottom of my homepage. I'd love to hear from you and know how you loved this!! To make your own soothing milkbath you will need....
1 cup Epsom salt

½ cup baking soda

½ cup corn starch or arrowroot powder

2 cups powdered milk

¼ cup fractionated coconut oil (liquid)

20 drops of essential oils
I suggest any of these or a combo: Lavender, Serenity/Lavender Peace, Roman Chamomile, Ravintsara, Sandalwood, YarrowPom, Blue Tansy, Rosemary

Dried flower petals or lavender buds
1/2 cup Powdered oats (I use my coffee grinder - makes a silky, soft powder)

Mix dry ingredients first, set aside. Add essential oil to fractionated coconut oil and blend well. Then mix the oil into dry ingredients. Combine thoroughly. Add dried flowers. Store in air tight jars. Scoop a cupful into your running bath. Relax and renew.
