It's so full of goodness! Leave me a comment once you've tried it - what fruit combo did you make yours with?

Pitaya: Due to the level of Vitamin C it holds, can be a source of natural antioxidants, an immunity boost, help protect the body against free radicals. Due to the significant amount of fiber in pitaya, it may also aid in smooth digestion.

Cashew Milk: A healthy, lactose-free alternative to regular milk. Homemade cashew milk typically provides a lot of Vitamin K, which contributes to strong bones and a healthy immune system. If you buy cashew milk from the store, you’ll reap the benefits of Vitamin A, which can also help with bone growth.

Chia Seeds: a good source of protein, the omega-3 and fiber content of chia seeds also make them helpful for the digestive system.
