Cashew Milk: A healthy, lactose-free alternative to regular milk. Homemade cashew milk typically provides a lot of Vitamin K, which contributes to strong bones and a healthy immune system. If you buy cashew milk from the store, you’ll reap the benefits of Vitamin A, which can also help with bone growth.
